Sakura Mochi
Once, my boss asked me what kind of Japanese kind snack I wanted to try the most before their three weeks of business trip back to Japan. That time I answered that I craved for limited snacks such as P*cky. He said, " それぐらいなら会社でもあるよ。ほら、これあげる (in that case, we also have it here (in the office). Here, I'll give you one) ," and thus he gave me three "giant" edition of it: grape, chocolate, and strawberry flavored. When he arrived back at our office two days ago, he brought a medium box with postal labels. Anyone could tell that it came straight from Japan, but I didn't bother much. After our daily reports during morning assembly, he opened the box. Surprisingly, it contained two packs of fresh sakura mochis! Unfortunately, some of my co-workers were absent since they were still in their day off due to Eid.
